We ship with love from the US ~

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (US):
Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping:
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location — typically 10–21 business days. Customs delays may occur and are outside our control.

Duties & Customs:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in your order total.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once marked delivered, Soft Theory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local carrier or checking with neighbors. Reach out to us and we’ll do what we can to help.
