At Soft Theory, your satisfaction means everything to us ~

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, LED therapy masks and skincare tools are final sale once opened.

How to Request:
Email us within 30 days of delivery at softtheory.co8@gmail.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll resolve it promptly ~ no hassle.

International Orders:
We are not responsible for duties, customs fees, or return shipping costs on international orders. Refunds on international orders are issued minus any non-recoverable shipping fees.
